Creek

One of our friends showed up to share the creek with us. We caught fradpoles (not quite frogs, but still tadpoles) and let them go. We hung the other rope up over the ‘deep’ water to swing on. We caught this grasshopper, he was a big one!

We didn’t stay too long because we had to pick up James and then take the girls to VBS. It’s been crazy every night taking them to VBS at 6 and picking them up at 8, I really wish they’d do it during the day – but the working parents nixed that idea. Tomorrow it’s VBS show off day, with food, fun and animals (it was a safari theme.)
